Plastic Recycling Extrusion and Pelleting System, Specifically for PE/PP Films

Extrusion and Pelleting System

This plastic film recycling line is designed to recycle plastic film leftovers from film manufacturing and daily plastic waste. The equipment processes PE and PP films into granular materials that can be recycled through subsequent processes. It features a capacity of 500 kg/h-1000 kg/h.

The line consists of an extruder, filtering system, exhaust system, and pelletizing system. It can process plastics of different types with varying levels of dirtiness and water contents.

We can provide additional optional systems to enhance the performance of the equipment, including a waste plastic cleaning system, shredding system, underwater pelletizing system, water cooling pelletizing system, annular air-cooling system, and centrifuge dewatering system. These systems will be chosen based on the characteristics of the recycled plastics and your required output. Besides increasing the output of the plastic film recycling system, these options will improve the quality of the processed granules.

Main Equipment List
  • Material feeder: Feeding height and direction are adjustable.
  • Pressing machine and forced feeder: It cuts and presses the materials prior to the material feeding process.
  • SJ250 single screw extruder/second order single screw: It filters impurities from the pretreated plastics and extrudes them from the cavity. The barrel and screw of the extruder adopt bimetallic technology so as to improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance, protect the core components, and increase output.
  • Water cooled strip cutting system: this system cuts the extruded plastic pieces into tiny granules
  • Storage and air delivery device: it consists of an air conveyor and storage bin. The air conveyor features 7.5KW power and 2800r/min speed. The capacity of the storage bin is 1m³.
